Join Asmara Bellydance Initiative and special guests on April 29th at 3pm EST for the Turkey and Syria fundraiser showcase.
As we all know by now, both Turkey and Syria were hit with a devastating earthquake on Feb. 6, 2023 and the death toll has surpassed 50,000. As relief efforts are still underway and will continue for an undetermined amount of time, we believe it is only right to give back to a community that has given so much to us.
The showcase will feature performances by talented dancers from around the world and will be streamed live so that all can participate from the comfort of their own homes.
Reservations for the showcase are available on Just Belly Dance for a suggested minimum donation of $10. Even if you are unable to attend, we encourage you to donate whatever you can to support the relief efforts in these devastated areas. All proceeds from the showcase will be donated to humanitarian organizations working to provide emergency relief and aid to those affected by the earthquake.
